Don't let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in life, in love, in faith and in purity. 1 Timothy 4:12

Lil' Drummer Boy
We happened to see this t-shirt at Old Navy the other day. It's like it was custom made for Noah! He was so excited about it and he couldn't wait to wear it.

Now THAT Was a Good Meal!
It was a lovely evening and Isaac enjoyed his rice cereal with bananas on the porch. He stayed in his high chair while we ate our dinner, and after a few quiet minutes we looked over to see that he had completely fallen asleep. Now that's the perfect ending to a good meal!

Our Easter Celebration
It was a beautiful Easter day here in Cornelius! Noah and Isaac found their Easter baskets loaded full of new paints and markers (for Noah), and bubbles (for Isaac). We ate a picnic lunch at church after the service and Noah had a lot of fun doing the Easter egg hunt with his friends. Then it was time to go home so everyone could take a nap. In the afternoon, Noah did another egg hunt in the backyard. Matt made a delicious dinner of grilled pizza with asparagus, and then we went on a leisurely walk around the neighborhood so that Noah could burn off some of that sugar! Here's more pictures from the day.
Happy Easter!
The miracle of today makes us even more thankful for the miracles in our lives. Happy Easter! Here's a few more pictures.

Mister Noah
I've been working hard to get some close-up shots of Noah lately. It really is hard work because as soon as the camera comes out, he starts to make funny faces or closes his eyes or only wants to look at the pictures on the camera. So, I was really excited to look back at the pictures from the last few days and find these gems. Two of the pictures were taken right before his haircut and two were taken soon after. As his year of being two is winding down he is starting to look so much more grown up, and there are moments where he looks more like a pre-schooler than a toddler.
